Tom and Nutie Keogh lead our discipleship project on the Coco River in Nicaragua.

Nutie is an awar- winning singer and worship leader from Maui Hawaii who joined the Seek The Lamb Team in 2002 with her husband David Melrose, an educator from Maui. Together they led the Deep  Water Discipleship summer programs which brought many young people from churches in the USA, Germany and Israel to Nicaragua.

David passed away in 2006 from cancer and Nutie continued leadinng the DWD with Laura and Michael Bagby.

Tom Keogh is a trilingual educator (Miskito, Spanish and English) who first came to the Miskitia in 1979 as a Peace Corp teacher. After earning his Masters in Bi-Lingual education, Tom returned as the head of a radio education project. We recruited Tom to become our school project director in Honduras in 1989. Later he attended a Bible school in Texas and returned to Honduras to work as a pastor and teacher.  Tom came to help us with our teacher conferences in 2008. He and Nutie married in 2009.

Tom is the past member and 'consultant' of the Waspam Pastoral Council and has authored numerous educational materials in Spanish and Miskito. He is one of the very best Bible teachers in the Miskito culture. Nutie contines to lead worship in churches and at pastoral conferences and together they have made many disciples along the Rio Coco.
